The Networking Pros and all of its affiliated networks are here to provide clean decisive advertising for users browsing the Internet.

We help everyone to find or be found on the Internet; and make sure that advertisers on this network are not or associated with businesses that cater to less than family-friendly content.

2. What are the benefits to listing here?

Unlike other business networking directories on the Internet today, most are totally automated and allow advertisers to list whatever they want or go in to change their listing to suite their needs and this sometimes allows for undesired content. Most also have Web sites designed with the BIG flash programming and site search results that deliver no more than a WOW factor. "Almost" all of them do it with the exception being...

3. How does networking benefit my business or for the consumer... how does it help me find what I need?

The search engine optimization companies (SEO's), claim they can get you top ten rankings on the search engines. The funny thing is, they (not just one SEO company) promise the EXACT same thing to thousands of other businesses just like yours wanting that position. How do they squeeze all those promises on the front page a "any' search engine? The answer is they can't!

Networking with an industry related Web site will give you greater exposure to the search engines; but only if you or your Web Master knows how to properly set up your Web site. When you are on a network that has become ranked high in your industry, you will be found through that network.

The Networking Pros provides listings that have been input manually and indexed by region, category and then in alphabetical order. Making it easy for the visitor trying to find a product or service with just a few clicks.

4. How do I know the people or companies listed are legitimate?

That is a very good question and probably should be number one. Part of the responsibility of a savvy consumer is to check out who they are doing business with through their local BBB or other consumer reporting agency. That is OUR number one reason for developing a directory that must be hand built. With other directory sites, they allow virtually anything through automated listings.

Automated listings (could) allow for the quick buck maker (scammer) to post a listing to collect a little money from the unsuspected consumer and then RUN!!! It is difficult to track these degenerates down because of this practice.

By not using any type of automated source for listing on this network, The Networking Pros and all of its affiliated networks,  is your front line attempt to stop scammers in their place. It is possible to get listed, but we depend on you (the visitor and business) to report them. What we do to deter this type of activity is require their contact information. If they do not provide a phone number that we can call to verify their listing (and we check each and every one) they don't get listed... PERIOD!!! When we get a phone number, that will make it much easier for authorities to tack down trouble so they can prosecute; much easier than a temporary e-mail that can be created on almost any search engine.

5. How do I report Scammers or non-family safe content?

If you suspect there is a scammer listed anywhere on this network, or you have been phished report them here. However, if you are a victim call your local authorities and find out what the next step is in your area to file a complaint and PLEASE let us know ASAP too so we can remove them.
