Terms and Conditions:

By listing your business or services here you agree to not hold Boz List liable for any violation to you by "any" individual or undisclosed party as stated in our privacy policy and these terms & conditions. BOZ LIST OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED NETWORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT MAY DEVELOP FROM USING THIS NETWORK.

In consideration of use of the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Boz List's registration form and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Boz List has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Boz List has the right to suspend or terminate your listing and refuse any and all current or future use of this Service (or any portion thereof). Additionally, you agree that if you provide false information to obtain access to Boz List business site(s) that you are not legally entitled to claim, Boz List will be entitled to collect liquidated damages of $1000 per violation or actual damages incurred by Boz List from you. You understand and agree that our service may include certain communications from Boz List or any of its affiliated networks, such as service announcements, administrative messages and Boz List's Newsletter. These communications are considered part of Boz List listing agreement and (except as prohibited by applicable law) you will not be able to opt out of receiving them.

The advertisers on Boz List or any of its affiliated networks are doing so to generate traffic and business; they are not placing their websites, phone numbers or email addresses on their listings for spammers and hackers to use as a means for solicitation to them. The use of this website to collect data for use in this manner is STRICTLY prohibited! BOZ LIST OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATED NETWORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THAT MAY DEVELOP FROM USING THIS NETWORK.

Unlike the newspapers and phone book advertisements, websites that contain adult subject matter or sites advertising adult content will not be permitted to list here on BozList.com. The advertising of ANY adult subject matter is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! Furthermore... if any listing within Boz List or any of its affiliated networks is found linking to adult content will have there links disabled and be sent a warning to correct it via email. This includes if the listing in question links to a website that links to a website with adult content... no exceptions! That chain WILL be broken!!! When an advertisers website proves to be back in conformance of our guidelines, the link to the responsible website will be re-instated.

If an advertisers website is in violation of this simple policy for a second time during the same annual listing period, their "LISTING" will be deleted and that site will not be permitted to list on BozList.com or any of its affiliated networks in the future. There are no refunds to individuals or businesses that violate this policy.

Everyone that submits their business information and pays for a listing that is approved by Boz List review team, in writing, will be granted permission to use Boz List logo or affiliated network logo to link their website to the chosen affiliated network website. You (the advertiser) will be provided a link to a small HTML code file that includes the appropriate logo for your network that you can copy & paste into your website�s homepage. Any other use of Boz List logo or ANY of its affiliated network logos, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited!

All advertisers have the ability to edit their own basic profile at any time through our user control panel. ANY changes to, or removal of your listing within your annual listing agreement will require a change fee of $19.95. This is to include, but not limited to, phone number changes, website or e-mail link changes or any other content changes that must be performed by Boz List Webmaster. If you decide to upgrade to a displayed listing, you will only pay the prorated difference to the remainder of your annual listing.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR AD GOES LIVE. The exception of our refund policy is that you must provide a written notice to withdraw your advertisement; but again only before you advertisement goes live. In the event you withdraw before you advertisement goes live you will be refunded you money less a 10 percent processing fee.

Warranties and disclaimers: As with any advertising there are no guarantees to generate business. It is the listed advertiser's responsibility to make sure their listing and any other advertisements they place are accurate and correct.

Intellectual property is owned by its respective owners. It is strictly prohibited for illegal use not only by Boz List or any of its affiliated networks, but it is also the law! Intellectual property or trademarks are not controlled by this network and does not constitute or imply endorsements, associations, or recommendations.

These terms and conditions may change without notice and it is the advertisers responsibility to check back periodically for any changes.
